Pioneered by a Diaspora-Africa founder and local partners to strategically kick-off the vision of IBG as an Information Technology Enabled Consulting Firm via a strategic Seminar in partnership with IBM, Kodak & Computhink USA; in Ghana-Africa.

Locally-Led Advancements working with International Development Agencies and Social Impact Organizations in Africa on Digitization, Digital Jobs Initiatives and Impact Assignments. Innovating software technology solutions to solve complex information management challenges.

  1. We are on a mission to promote meaningful change in the delivery of; international development, social impact interventions and doing business initiatives – in Africa.
  2. We seek to scale up and contribute to the Africa Digital Transformation agenda and its sustenance, via the innovation of service solutions and product platforms that are; demand-driven, beneficiary-centric, localized and that which further bridges the gap for -- inclusiveness, empowerment, resilience and sustainability.
  3. We seek to empower a US Diaspora-Africa Workforce to be entrepreneurially competent and to leverage on their competitive advantages, to drive transformation within their hybrid communities and homelands.

How We Operate

IBG Tech Inc., is headed by a Minority & Diaspora-Africa Co-leadership Team, supported by a Corporate Management Team (CMT), encompassing an operational Support Services Unit (Finance, Admin, Research, IT, Business Development and Sales and Marketing). This team works with Program, Project and Product Directors, Managers and Business and Technical Analysts, to analyze our customers’ most complex; needs, requirements and initiatives -- to innovate tailored service and productized solutions designed for transformation.

We are based in the DMV-US, and leverage on a tried and tested, in-country IBG Tech Africa localization blueprint approach, that is agile and franchised to Diaspora and Locally-led partnerships and collaborations, as localized vehicles, to engage in-focus; Program, Project and Product Digital Transformation Initiatives -- via research, strategy, people, processes and technology.

Our 2024 to 2027 IBG Tech Africa localization initiatives pilot in Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia and Kenya.

Our Community Impact

Our Knowledge Impact Giving Initiative (KIGI) is a prioritized objective for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. We collaborate, co-create and mobilize stakeholders to support; impact Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) in Africa via offering our value driven Business Analysis services on a select pro-bono basis. This is to support them solve their prioritized process modelling and technology enabled needs and requirements. Our key partner for this select pro-bono initiative for 2024 is with: Tech To The Rescue (TTTR).
Our target beneficiaries include:

Traditional African-based NGO’s seeking uniquely tailored roadmaps to transform their strategy, operations, processes and outcomes -- integrating technology enabled solutions to meet their prioritized needs and requirements.

We also work with our local DMV community to co-create CSR initiatives for target beneficiaries in Africa.
